Amina was last seen on March 23, 2026. She is described as a Black girl, 5 feet tall, weighing about 90 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Hennepin County courts had ordered her into child protective services for her safety, but authorities have been unable to locate her—or her mother, Amirah Rice-El.

Every day that passes without answers deepens the worry for this young girl who should be in safe hands. Police emphasize that anyone who sees Amina or knows her whereabouts must act immediately.

The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children is also assisting in elevating the case. This is a critical window where community eyes and ears can make the difference between heartbreak and reunion.

Brooklyn Park PD stresses that no detail is too small. If you’ve spotted someone matching her description, even briefly, it could lead investigators straight to her.

Officials are turning directly to the public because traditional searches have not yielded results yet. Sharing Amina’s story widely is the best chance to bring national attention to this urgent situation.

Her safe return is the only outcome this community will accept.
