Country star and Yellowstone actress Lainey Wilson, 31, revealed she’s been dating former NFL quarterback Devlin “Duck” Hodges, 27, for more than two years.

“He’s been around a while. I just decided to make him wait two and a half years,” Wilson laughed on The Bobby Bones Show. She praised Hodges as “solid gold” for supporting her career and never getting in the way.

Rumors first sparked when Wilson wore his Steelers jersey at a Pittsburgh show. Hodges playfully tweeted at her afterward, and since then he’s been her biggest cheerleader.

Wilson says he fits right in with her country music circle — even FaceTiming with friends like HARDY and Cole Swindell. She also shared that his “Duck” nickname came from his college coach.
